So here are the newest additions to the i.smitten collection which can be purchased for just $5 as always.

Both templates were created using soft grays/browns and yellows and some nice little plaid patterns and were designed from the following trends… (see photos below)

Bonpoint–cutest little French clothing boutique for kids (you want to go there now, don’t you?). And don’t you wish you dressed this cute as a kid? Sad to say, but neon stretch pants with a puff-paint kitten sweatshirt do not even compare. Well at least we can lust after these adorable clothes in Bonpoint and dress our blogs similarly now.

This photo from Dwell Studio for Target also gave us inspiration as far as simplicity and color palette. Loving the stripes, dots and that brownish-gray color together. Anyone know what that color is called by the way?

And for all you other color fanatics out there you might just fall in love with the website Colour Lovers. It’s fun to get ideas for designs, not to mention home decor and really for just about anything from their top color trends and popular color palettes and patterns. Go. Play. It’s a fun site. Our newest additions to i.smitten each have bright colors–orange, turquoise, gold–but contrasted with a pale blue or stark white, they look sleek and modern. (For a closer look at these templates go to i.smitten!)

If you’ve visited many design blogs you’ve probably noticed all three of these stand-out colors in everything from wall paint, to purses, to throw pillows. Our Open Book and Asian Influence templates were inspired, in part, by color combos we love from current Ikea bedroom collections–as seen in the photos below.

Our Bella Turquoise template is bright and colorful and was inspired by the accessories in the new Lookbook for Stella & Dot. The turquoise and orange look so good together and really stand out with the white accents (see photo below).
